About Me

Stephanie Mironick- is a graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy (Class of 2003) and a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 20 years of experience.

From the very beginning of her career, instructors and clients alike recognized her healing, caring touch — a gift that has brought comfort to many. Stephanie’s professional journey began in the spa industry and expanded into diverse settings, including chiropractic offices, assisted living facilities, and Copper Beech couples therapy. In each environment, she has sought opportunities to bring meaningful relief, whether easing the tension of daily stress or supporting elderly residents in their well-being.

While practicing independently, Stephanie explored ways to deepen her impact, even considering nursing. A profound experience with a client in end-of-life care reaffirmed her belief that massage therapy can be equally rewarding when used to support those facing illness and disease.

Today, Stephanie has embraced a new path: Oncology Massage. This specialized approach is designed for individuals undergoing cancer treatment or living with a cancer diagnosis. Using gentle techniques and light pressure, oncology massage helps manage symptoms such as pain, nausea, and fatigue, while also offering emotional support through relaxation and reduced anxiety.

Guided by her love of people, Stephanie is dedicated to providing a compassionate, healing touch for every client she serves. Her modalities include deep tissue, relaxation, therapeutic massage, and now oncology massage — each tailored to nurture both body and spirit.
